Alongside Chef Ladners reimagined culinary program is a wine & beverage program of great depth with a wine cellar that is the home to rare gems and benchmark Italian wine producers spanning the country from north to south. Now Hiring: A lead-by-example Sous Chef with a passion for Italian cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and executing exceptionally delicious food with consistency and care.

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

  • A Base Salary Range of $78,500- $87,500

Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine, ingredients, and techniques
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees
  • 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a sous chef in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
  • Ability to support the line during service while managing transition from prep to service
  • Excellent meat/fish butchery and pasta production experience is highly preferred
