Job Overview

To ensure proper service from the front line through quality control, training of line cooks and ensure proper sanitation levels.

Responsibilities
  • What Youll Be Doing:
    • Collaborating daily with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to execute an ever-evolving tasting menu
    • Prepping and cooking refined dishes with consistency, finesse, and flavor
    • Working in a clean, organized, and professional environment where mise en place is sacred
    • Embracing modern techniques and plating artistry with discipline and creativity
    • Participating in team tastings, research & development, and seasonal menu updates
    • Upholding the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen etiquette
Qualifications

Education/Formal Training

High school education or equivalent.

  • What Were Looking For:
    • 2+ years experience in fine dining, chef-driven kitchens, or equivalent
    • A strong foundation in classical techniques and contemporary plating
    • Love for local, seasonal ingredients and global influences
    • A calm, positive presence under pressure
    • Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to grow within a progressive culinary team
    • Punctuality, reliability, and pride in your station
