THE JOB:
As a Cook, you will showcase your culinary skills with precision and creativity. Your warm smile and attentive service will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. By understanding each guests unique preferences and needs, you will take ownership of their dining journey, crafting unforgettable WOW moments that extend beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.20

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Bring your culinary passion to life by preparing a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards.

• Cook made-to-order dishes on the line in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked back-of-house area, following all sanitation guidelines.

• Prioritize guest safety by adhering to proper food handling procedures at all times.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation, consistent quality, and excellent presentation of all dishes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Solid knowledge of food products and culinary techniques

• Proficiency with knives and standard kitchen equipment; strong knife skills are a plus

• Availability to work weekends and holidays, (Shift 1:30M - 9:30PM)
