Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in menu planning, contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and specials.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.

Utilize various kitchen tools, including knives, safely and effectively.
Experience
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or catering industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation processes.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
