Job Details Newcomer to a Forest Hills neighborhood, Klio Restaurant and Bar is now looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team, as we are gearing up for opening this summer.

We are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality business, who is well versed in
- Team building and talent retention
- Steps of service
- Handling the door (experience with Resy and Open Table)
- Dining room service supervision
- Hands on approach
- Wine /Spirits Knowledge
- Familiar with POS systems and technology
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
- Opening new restaurant experience is a plus
- Scheduling
- Inventory

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $85,000.00)
