Cook / Line Cook

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cook to join our kitchen staff. You will be responsible for cooking high-quality meals according to our recipes and specifications. A successful candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

- Cook & Plate meals according to menu and quality standards

- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers & steamers

- Ensure Food is prepared safely and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation

- Assist with inventory and stock rotation

- Communicate with front of house staff and kitchen team to ensure timely service

- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a line cook or relevant role

- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Strong attention to detail and presentation

- Servsafe certification a plus

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
