Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Collaborate effectively within a team to ensure the seamlesspletion of all kitchen duties.
Uphold a safe and pleasant work environment for fellow staff members.
Prepare andanize workstations with the necessary supplies and prepped ingredients.
Maintain amitment to quality by ensuring all produced food meets or exceeds established standards.
Exercise portion control, manage wastage, and ad to prescribed par levels within the department.
Sustain a hygienic and secure work area, demonstrating proficiency in handling utensils, equipment, and dishware.
This position reports to the Kitchen Manager
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar culinary environment.
Possess excellentmunication skills to facilitate effective teamwork.
Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, actively contributing innovative ideas to enhance individual and team efficiency.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
Ability to work well in a team andmunicate effectively.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
Salary: $16.00 per hour
