The Pastry Chef will be creatively developing the pastry programs, menu and new seasonal desserts. The ideal candidate will lead the pastry program and must have ability to produce mousses, cakes, pies, pastries, custards, cakes, breads and design. We are seeking a motivated, positive andanized candidate that will be asked to work early mornings, holidays and weekends. Portfolio is required.

Our candidate will possess:
Minimum of 3 years pastry experience in a full-service restaurant or bakery
Strong passion for food and beverage
Able to lead plating an beverage service on a busy schedule
Strongmunication skills and can take direction well
A mentality of ownership, positivity and honesty towards staff
Applicants must have their Houston/Texas Food Handler's Certificate
Ability to work up to 55 hours a week on their feet and lift at least 50 lbs.
