Brunch/ Prep Cook - Full Time

Bureau de Poste at Tiny Grocer is seeking a Brunch/ Prep Cook to join our team! Be a part of one of Texas Monthly's Best New Restaurants!

The mission of Bureau de Poste is to provide an environment that restores our guests, delivering them warm and hospitable service, sustenance that is carefully curated and precisely executed, and a space in which they can be lively and jovial. We aim to engage with our guests and with each other, fueling our actions with intention and exhibiting positivity.

The food at BdP is inspired by the French chefs of the past while acknowledging the contributions of Nouvelle cuisine on New American cuisine. We will source ingredients to the best of our ability, taking into account the necessary trials of our own time in regards to sustainability and locality. We will deliver simple, delicious food, lacking pretention. We will be conscious of dietary restrictions and allergies, ensuring all of our guests have a positive dining experience. We will be warm and generous with our guests and with each other, exemplifying the ideals of hospitality rooted in the origins of French food.

Tiny Grocer/Bureau de Poste uses a grocery/restaurant-wide tip pool model. Compensation range displayed includes base wage + projected average tips. We look forward to receiving your application!
