As Chef de Cuisine, you will:
Define and execute a seasonal, market-driven menu with a strong emphasis on refined technique and flavor.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including cost control, vendor relations, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Partner closely with the GM and ownership to drive recognition, guest satisfaction, and accolades.
