Reporting to the Sodexo Production Manager, the Cook performs a variety of food preparation duties. Minimum Qualifications Education High School Diploma, formal cooks training program preferred. Experience Successful completion of a formal cooks training program. Three or more years commercial cooking experience preferred. Licensure and/or Certification ServeSafe Certification preferred. Skills Ability to read, understand and follow written menus, recipes instructions and food. Demonstrated safe and sanitary working practices. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
