Snack Bar Cook
DEPARTMNET: Food and Beverage
SALARY: 15.00 POSTING DATES: Until Filled
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The cook works directly under the direct supervision of the Snack Bar Manager, or Shift Supervisor in the absence of the Snack Bar Manager. Works directly with the Snack Bar Cashier assuring customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to prepare food to order.
Maintains a clean kitchen.
Utilizes food with minimal waste.
Ability to follow recipes ensuring consistency.
Utilizes portion control chart assuring accurate food costs and consistency.
Other duties as may be assigned.
RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS:
Provides support to the other cooks under supervision of the Snack bar Manager and the shift supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Prior cooking experience in restaurant with high volume.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Full-time, permanent, hourly. Full Benefit package, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Personal Time Off, and 401K. Native American preference applies.
