Job Summary:

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $19.00/hr - $22.34/hr

  • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

• Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2025

• Shift Type: Full Time hours available

• Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Opening, setting up, running and closing of the line or station assigned, prepare dishes to specification of the chef
• Training and assisting other line cooks and cook assistants on a day to day basis for prep and other functions in the kitchen
• The safety and cleanliness of the kitchen
• Deputizing as Sous Chef on occasion

Job Requirements:

• Must have 2 year minimum line cooking experience

Preferred:

• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of different stations like grill, garde manger and saute
• High volume cooking experience

The expected pay range is $19.00/hr - $22.34/hr . This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
