" OPEN TABLE CHOICE WINNER" Saratoga Springs "Brasserie Benelux" on 390 Broadway, SARATOGA SPRINGS seeking an experienced Cook/ Sous Chef or Salad Person for 5-6 shifts a week, which will include at least one lunch shift. Requirements:
At least two years experience in a fast paced restaurant setting
Knowledge of food styles/follow recipes
Keeps a clean work space
Speed and ability to handle high volume
Commitment to hospitality and great service
Experience preparing food, willing to work serving shifts on occasion
Personable and energetic
Proactive a problem solver
Reliable, punctual, detail oriented
Has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with and be around
