Our team works closely with the best local and regional producers to create elevated dishes rooted in heritage, and driven by seasonality. Whether you're prepping fresh pasta, roasting beautiful meats, you'll be part of a dedicated, tight-knit team that values craft and tradition.

What Youll Do:Prepare meats, vegetables, sauces, and more using high-quality ingredients and professional kitchen equipment
Own the consistency and quality of every plate that leaves your station
Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
Stock and prep your station to support smooth service
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, and follow sanitation standards at all times
Assist with prep and cleanup tasks as needed, including kitchen closing duties
Work collaboratively with chefs, sous chefs, and fellow cooks
2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (preferably in a high-volume or fine dining setting)
Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and eye for detail
A passion for food, craftsmanship, and continual learning
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
Current Food Handlers Permit (or ability to obtain before start date)
Reliability, punctuality, and a respectful attitude toward team and guests
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and handle repetitive tasks
Morning, evening and weekend availability required; occasional overtime
Be part of a supportive and professional kitchen team
Hands-on experience with seasonal ingredients and scratch cooking

Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $20.00)
