Durkin's is seeking an experienced and passionate line cook to join our talented kitchen team. We are a popular neighborhood restaurant known for our fresh ingredients and creative seasonal menus.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Is passionate about food quality and presentation
- Has a strong work ethic and thrives in a team environment
- Is reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends
- Demonstrates excellent knife skills and culinary techniques
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace
- Has a positive attitude and great attention to detail
