Sous Chef - Clubhouse
Location: Riverlanding Wallace NC
Job Description: We are looking for a talented Sous Chef for our commercial restaurant. This is a high volume position, which also includes banquet functions on and off premise. This positions reports to our Executive Chef.
Skills Required: Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens. This position will supervise #4-6, so supervisory experience is preferred.
Status: Professional - Full Time
Salary: Salary dependent upon experience and education. Base salary plus incentives.
