Line Cook Full-Time Position at La Loulou
Pay: $22 per hour + 15% total tips
La Loulou is looking for the right person to join our team as a full-time line cook for our fast-casual, French-inspired wine bar specializing in light bites.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, behind the bar kitchen and sees opportunity in an efficient layout. A strong understanding of classic French cuisineand how it complements wineis a must.
Requirements:
-Valid food handlers license
-Strong knowledge of ServSafe and local health & safety regulations
-Excellent organization and cleanliness
-Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
-Adaptability and curiosity to learn all aspects of our wine bar, from kitchen to floor
What You'll Do:
-Execute a menu centered around cheese & charcuterie boards, French sandwiches, and seasonal small plates
-Prep for service and handle all food tickets with precision and care
-Maintain an accurate, clean, and organized inventory
-Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are consistently upheld
-Well provide full training on our current menu, kitchen systems, and front-of-house operationsincluding wine education.
