Umaya Ramen is a Japanese Restuarant serving many traditional Japanese cuisines (ramen, bento, and many more) conveniently located near Cerritos Mall near the 605 FWY. We are independently owned and looking for talented, passionate, reliable and hard working individuals to come in and join our core team, with plenty of opportunity for learning and growth. We currently are looking for:

Kitchen Staff: Line Cooks
- Openness and Willingness to learn
- Clean work habits and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain in control in a high volume, fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining your sense of humor
- Ability to think quickly on your feet, taking things in stride and executing with confidence & poise
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

All applicants must have a customer-first mentality, great communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to multi-task and take initiative to satisfy a guest's needs. We are a tight knit group who works hard together. We expect staff to be able to maintain composure and be professional in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, while multitasking and have the flexibility to adapt to different situations. Candidates must also have a sense of urgency in the the completion of all tasks and responsibilities. Our team is comprised of high-energy, warm and friendly attitude, with the ability to work as a team and willingness to learn and grow on a daily basis.
