Monument Cafe, Now Hiring Line Cook

Monument Cafe, Georgetown, TX, seeks a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a team setting
