We are seeking a PM line cook to join our team and assist in expanding our food and beverage experience. We are a casual dining, Veterans Organization looking for a self-starter, who can collaborate with menu planning and development, and a positive attitude. Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience. No late nights and no major Holidays. Occasional weekend hours for special events. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set up line for food service. Prepare food and plate presentations to menu specifications and/or customer special requests. Food quality and safety standards in compliance with all local health codes. Cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift. Exercise good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills. Work with management and staff to create a memorable culinary experience for members and guests.
