Topgolf Swing Suite Manager

Are you experienced in hospitality with a passion for interactive gaming? The Serve Pickletball + Kitchen is  looking for a Topgolf Swing Suite Manager who will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable guest experiences in our Topgolf Swing Suite bays. This position will manage all aspects of Swing Suite operations, maintain facility standards, and work with our team to execute promotional events, league coordination, and daily bookings. Qualifications include: 2-3 years hospitality, entertainment, or sports venue management; strong leadership, communication and team development skills; experience with selling event packages, event planning, and inventory management; golf or general sports knowledge; and be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-touch customer service environment.
