Line cook duties will consist of working as a team to accomplish daily tasks and serve customers quality food quickly and correctly. MUST be able to work Nights including weekends. Responsibilities: Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report and follow kitchen manager's or superior's instructions Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Must be able to work in a fast pace and high stress environment while keeping calm and collected Skills: Proven cooking experience preferred Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures preferred Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Ability to multi-task * Job Type: Part-time, Full-time Competitive pay depending on experience.
