Job Description/Skill Requirements:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of each dishes
- Work closely with the BOH Team to coordinate food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in sushi preparation and grill/fryer
- Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients, flavors, and techniques
- Proficient knife skills for precise cutting and slicing of ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with BOH Team and ensure smooth operations
