Leroy's is a neighborhood gastropub and cocktail bar serving new American Cuisine and Craft Cocktails.
Leroy's is hiring an experienced Line Cook, looking for a team member to help grow the existing culinary program. Leroy's is an ambitious neighborhood gastropub that utilizes the Chefs Michelin starred backgrounds to create its menu. We are looking to grow our team with an experienced line cook that want to grow within the company. If you are looking to take the next step in your career or just learn something new, send us your resume!

Hiring: Full Time Line Cooks
Availability: Nights, Weekends
Hours: 40 hour Work Week

Responsibilities
Set up Mis en Place according to Chef's guideline
Complete station inventories and checklists
Support Chef with all menu prep and execution
Assist in producing Family Meal
Follow Recipes and presentation standards set by chef
High Standards for a clean, organized workstation
Assists with keeping the kitchen clean
Holds High Standards to keep an A-Grade from the DOH
Skills & Requirements
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers
Passion for food and a commitment to being clean & organized
Strong Knife skills
Ability to follow recipes without direct supervision to the Chefs Standards
Multitasking skills
Punctual
Clear and Professional communication with colleagues at all times
Have the ability to stand while working for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
