Lil' Brown Girl is a new quick service restaurant located within Metier Brewing Co. tap room Lead by James Beard Nominated Chef Kristi Brown of COMMUNION

Our Service: Quick Serve + Beer Hall + Open Seating

Capacity: 85 | Covers: 60/day

Shifts: Vary

We have 1 full-time position & 2 Part-time positions available

Part-time positions have opportunities to pick up additional shifts at other locations

Candidate must be enthusiastic & customer service oriented

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be skilled and knowledgeable of restaurant culture

$21 - $25 per hour (tips not included in wages)

Job Description and Primary Duties:

Dedicated to working the line with zeal.

Set up line in a timely manner and in accordance with what station you are working that day

Know how to prepareponents of each dish on your station

Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients per station

Plating prepared food based on sous/executive chefs guidance

Working with servers to ensure orders arepleted according to request and on time

Familiar or memorize and utilize serving portion sizes and all basic meal preparation procedures used in the kitchen

Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on quality standards and control schedule

Ability to follow direction, and meet standards

Communicate with expo and support team clearly on needs and status of order
