Broder Cafe, a Nordic brunch restaurant in SE Portland, is seeking a qualified line cook with 2+ years experience to join our team. Shifts generally go from 8 am to 430 pm, 4 or 5 days a week. Flexibility and open availability are greatly appreciated.

Qualified applicants must havepetent knife skills, the ability to multitask, the ability to work well with others, and carry out all tasks with a sense of urgency.

Applicants will be trained on cold side (plating, sandwiches, salads), hot side (flat top, ovens, sautee) and prep. Experience with cooking eggs to order is preferred but we will train the right candidate; any and all kitchen experience will be considered.
