Position: BOH, Line Cook

We re looking for a motivated, reliable team player to join our BOH crew. This position focuses on our salad and dessert station, with opportunities to cross-train and grow.

What We re Looking For:

Experience working a cold station or in prep (preferred, but we re willing to train the right person)

Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

Ability to follow recipes and plating standards consistently

Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

A team-first attitude we win together in the kitchen

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

What You ll Be Doing:

Preparing and plating salads, desserts, andposed cold items

Maintaining a clean,anized station

Supporting prep tasks during slow periods

Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
