Seeking an energetic Sous Chef to assist our Executive Chef in leading our culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences for visitors and local residents. We offer our guests blue jeanfort, steakhouse traditions.

Our Sous Chef will uphold Steak Co. vision, policies, procedures and standards, including our motto, we are the place w people celebrate their lives, w they be the stars, and we are the supporting cast.

Position Qualifications Include:

Previous Sous Chef experience in a fast-paced environment

Creative culinary skills necessary to assist with menu development and execution.

Ability to identify, train, and lead staff in a positive, productive environment.

Up to date with current trends of food & beverage, and our location s specific marketplace
