Promise Land Market is a bottleshop, bar, market, and kitchen in historic downtown Morehead City, NC. Est. 2014 We specialize in craft beer, fine wine, cocktails, live music, casual dining, cheese plates and charcuterie. NC products are our thing! We love sharing local NC goods. PLM offers a great new event space perfect for wedding receptions and community gatherings. We often have live music and various tastings. Our new 120 inch viewing screen is perfect for corporate slideshows, party slideshows, films, videos, sport events viewing, or a fun movie night.

Promise Land Market Llc in Morehead City, NC is looking for one prep cook to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 909 B Arendell St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations
• Cook dishes to business standards
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Prepare ingredients for use during shift

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a cook
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
