Job Details Darling Jack's Tavern is accepting resumes for Sous Chef for our restaurant in Center City, Philadelphia. We are looking for a passionate & creative Chef who understands how to update classic Tavern food + thin crispy pizza with local seasonal ingredients. Candidate will be able to work with our Chef de Cuisine + Culinary Director for training of the existing operation. Our team works very hard in a busy, fast paced, positive environment. Compensation details: *competitive salary *2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week every six months *health benefits after 60 days *401k plan with up to 3% salary match *dining privileges within the restaurant group Ideal candidate will: * have 3 years previous experience as Sous Chef in a similar, fast paced restaurant. * possess solid leadership of the Barbuzzo restaurant culinary operation in absence of Exec Chef * have a positive presence throughout the restaurant. * be able to manage kitchen staff effectively & delegate responsibilities to the team
