Line Cook and Part-Time Bartender, Servers Needed at Smoke Door

Smoke Door, Tahoe's first Japanese tasting menu restaurant, is looking for talented person(s) interested in a part-time/full-time position serving lunch and a dinner shift or two. We are also looking to hire a bartender who can work Monday and Tuesday evenings, as well as some lunch shifts.

Fine dining skills and experience are required. You must have a basic Knowledge of spirits and wine. We can provide additional training if you're interested in learning more.

In addition to Front of House positions, we are seeking to hire a skilled line cook to join our roster. The position requires 2-3 years of experience in a kitchen setting. Basic knife skills AT A MINIMUM. You must understand and be familiar with basic sanitation and health safety practices. SERVSAFE certification is required. We are willing to train and teach additional skills.
