Job Details Tired of waking up at 4am? Hand need a break from using a scoop to portion cookies? Pretty Cool Ice Cream is looking for a production baker to join or kitchen team!

Responsibilities Include:

• scaling, mixing, portioning and baking gluten free cookies for our ice cream sandwich program (don't worry we have a cookie depositer)
• scaling, mixing and baking gluten free crumbs, brownies and other inclusions for our ice cream bars and pints
• working with the pastry chef to create new seasonal ice cream sandwich flavors
• churning and portioning dairy and vegan ice creams for our ice cream sandwiches, specialty pints and wholesale flavors

Ideal candidate has 3+ years production baking experience. Experience with gluten free baking and batch churning ice cream a plus but not required.

Our kitchen operates Mon-Fri 10am-6pm.

Must be able to lift 50lbs and be comfortable standing 8 hours a day. Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
