As a Prep Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Portion control to ensure consistency
• Utilize knife skills for food preparation
• Maintain high standards for food quality
• Grilling and cooking a variety of dishes
• Back of house operations
• Utilize fryer for cooking various items
• Proper food handling and preparation techniques
• Assist with catering events
• Ensure quality of service for all dishes

Required Skills:

• Portion Control: Understanding of portion sizes to maintain consistency and control costs
• Knife Skills: Proficiency in using knives for food preparation
• Food Quality: Commitment to maintaining high standards for food quality and presentation
• Grilling: Experience in grilling a variety of meats and vegetables

Nice to Have Skills:

• Baking experience
• Knowledge of sanitation practices
• ServSafe Certified
• Food and Beverage Management experience
• Food Safety knowledge
