Job Details John and Karen Shields' The Loyalist is expanding its BOH team. We're looking for an experienced prep cook for a full time position focusing on the production of one of America's most-lauded burgers. Duties include prep production, receiving orders for quality, putting away orders, and cross-training on stations. The Loyalist menu introduces French technique to a dynamic neighborhood restaurant. Our 80-seat dining room serves up to 300 guests in a service, so understanding of organization and time management is key. Our menu can change daily, so flexibility and a positive attitude are necessary to be successful in this position.Effective hourly rate with service charges will range from $20-22/hour. Company-subsidized health insurance is available to all full-time employees after 30 days of employment. This position is roughly 45 hours per week, with 401k program eligibility after one year. Ideal schedule is 8am-5pm Tuesday through Saturday, though we do have flexibility on end time for candidates who have multiple jobs . Compensation Details
