**MondayFriday, 11:00 AM 7:30 PM (Weekends as needed)**

A well-established catering company in the Sheldon, IA area is seeking an experienced Cook to join their team. In this role, you'll prepare delicious meals using authentic recipes while working collaboratively with the dining services team. If you're passionate about food and enjoy serving others, this could be the perfect fit.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Ensure all food is prepared and ready at the scheduled service time

+ Follow established recipes and menus, maintaining food quality, freshness, and presentation

+ Utilize batch cooking techniques to minimize waste

+ Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times

+ Adhere to kitchen rules and scheduling expectations; arrive in uniform and ready to work

+ Support other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

**Requirements:**

+ Minimum of 2 years cooking experience preferred, but not required

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ ServSafe Certification preferred
