The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking a Prep Cook for Epicerie Boulud, a high-end gourmet French specialty store featuring house-made charcuterie, bread, artisan cheeses, salads/sandwiches, pastry/viennoiserie and seafood.

The cook will work on both prep and service of menu items including gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups.

They must have the ability to read and follow menus and recipes, complete basic mathematical calculations, and possess strong communication skills, and the ability to work within a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in the kitchen, a strong work ethic and desire to learn. A culinary training degree is preferred, but not required.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50 - $17.50)
