Job DetailsChef Daniel Boulud is seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual who is passionate about hospitality to join our Banquet Team at an exciting new Venue. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook with a minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen to join our culinary team at a busy event venue. The ideal candidate will have solid banquet experience , a strong understanding of kitchen operations , and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Fine dining or upscale catering experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Support banquet service and large-scale event production
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure quality and timeliness
Follow all safety and food handling procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in high-volume or banquet settings
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Fine dining experience is a plus

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $23.00)
