Cook

Prepare, cook, and reheat food following instructions in a commercial kitchen. Duties includepreparing meat, vegetables, noodles, rice, and garnishes using modern kitchen appliances,knives, cookware, and utensils for use in recipes. The worker prepares meals to order and asneeded for the lunch and dinner buffets. The cook also prepares sauces and condimentsusing recipes as specified by the kitchen manager. The cook reports directly to the kitchenmanager.
