Located in the heart of Manhattans Lower East Side, Sen Saigon is New York Citys only vegan and kosher Vietnamese restaurant. The Role: Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a high-performing, high-achieving Restaurant Manager who embodies excellence and leads by example. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in the restaurant industry, who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Prior management experience is valued but not strictly required what matters most is your passion for hospitality, dedication to quality, and ability to inspire those around you.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
Lead and support a dynamic team of FOH & BOH staff
Oversee guest experience and resolve any issues with grace and professionalism
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and presentation
Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and ordering
Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service
Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Uphold and promote the culture, values, and vision of Sen Saigon
Train and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
Other tasks as needed
