Job Details Joseph Leonard, Jeffreys Grocery, and Fairfax each stand on their own corner of the West Village just blocks apart from one another. Together, they are form a community we call Happy Cooking Hospitality.
While each restaurant has its own leadership team, we co-manage the spaces. This manager-at-large position has a role to play at each: leading services, inspiring teams, charming guests, solving problems, and applying our hospitality and leadership principles.
Our restaurants are individual characters, unified by the kindness of the people that work in them, the community they serve, and the quality of hospitality they provide.
This position is focused on service and hospitality and is primarily an on-the-floor role. There's a premium on quality communication, quick thinking, and confident action. Confidence talking and teaching about wine is a critical component of the role. Because of our structure, we're able to provide a unique degree of support for our pursuit of excellence in execution, education and organization.
Successful candidates have a keen eye for detail, can communicate constructively, are articulate about their personal experience, love food and drink, and are moved by great hospitality. This is a great position for a restaurant manager looking to take a next step.
