Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a specific station in the kitchen
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine-dining setting
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Understanding of Korean and/or Taiwanese cuisines are a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for culinary arts and continuous learning
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
