Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work, this is your chance to be part of a tight-knit, fun-loving team serving up top-quality, simple burgers with housemade ingredients.

Compensation:

• Prep Team (Prep, Dish, Fry 2) : $19/hr
• Line Cooks (Fryer, Assembly) : $20/hr
• Grill Cook (experience required) : $22/hr

PLUS Tip Pool for all positions consistently $57/hr extra , and often more on busy days! We use a shared, equal-split tip pool , so everyone wins together.

Classifications & Healthcare:

• Full-Time: 5 shifts per week
• Part-Time: 2 to 4 shifts per week
• On-Call: 12 shifts per week (scheduled based on availability, not guaranteed)

ABOUT THE JOB

Were running a streamlined, high-energy burger operation built for takeout and speed and powered by great people. With a simplified menu and efficient line systems, we focus on teamwork, quality, and good vibes.

BOH Duties Include:

• Preparing, cooking, and assembling menu items
• Following recipes and systems for quality + speed
• Maintaining clean, organized workstations
• Practicing food safety and kitchen protocols
• Supporting teammates and adapting during rushes

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR:

• Reliable and motivated team players
• Positive attitude even when it gets busy
• Strong communication skills
• Previous restaurant experience a plus (but not required for all roles)
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Shift Times:

• Most shifts are 6.57 hours , typically scheduled in AM or PM blocks
• AM: ~9/9:304:00 | PM: ~3:3010/10:30
• Hours of Operation: 10:30 AM 9:00 PM, open until 10:00 PM on Fri & Sat.
