The Cook position provides courteous, friendly food service to patients, employees, visitors, and physicians by preparing hot and cold food items using a variety of prep and production cooking equipment, following scratch recipes and department specifications.

Required Qualifications:
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
- 2 years - Working in a restaurant or institutional food service facility, working in a production cooking capacity.
- Experience with prepping and portioning of food items.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diversified cooking experience which includes any combination of line/grill/broiler cook, production cook or soup or saute cook.
