Job Details Grand Army South is a fun and lively restaurant inside of Threes Brewery in Gowanus Brooklyn. We serve burgers, crab fries, seafood and more.
We need an experienced line cook who can work clean, push food out quickly, and assist with prep and events in addition to regular service.
We are a small and strong kitchen and hope to find individuals to invest in for the future growth of the restaurant and the company.
Requirements
- 1-2 years minimum as a line cook (seafood experience preferred)
- Open-minded and flexible
- Self-driven and curious. Being proactive is a must, as is the ability to maturely receive feedback and directions
- Ambitious, long-term goals in the industry
- Strong work ethic, strong sense of urgency, and responsibility; ability to maintain excellence in a fast-paced environment
- High standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
- Professional with colleagues and strong communication skills
- DOH Food Handlers certified or ability to be trained on / follow DOH standards
Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $24.00)
