Are you passionate about cooking and ready to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen? Black Haus Tavern is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the following positions:

Part Time Weekend AM Line Cook

Responsibilities:

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Qualifications:

Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
Must have knowledge of proper knife skills
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs

Highly Compensated depending on experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work
