Summary

As a Patio Line Cook , you'll indulge in crafting high-quality seasonal dishes that highlight the best of Pacific Northwest cuisine in a stunning outdoor setting along the Hood Canal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' commercial kitchen experience required
• WA Food Worker Card required within 14 days after hire
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Weekend availability required
• Equivalent education, skills, and/or experience necessary to perform the essential functions may be considered

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Physical Demands . The employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand for extended periods, walk, sit, climb stairs, demonstrate hand dexterity, reach, stoop, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, or crouch. Occasionally, the employee may lift or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision. The role may also require sustained visual and mental concentration.
• Work Environment . The Patio Kitchen is located in a covered outdoor environment where employees may experience temperature variations from hot to cool, moderate noise levels, and exposure to certain chemicals.
