Job Details QUALITY ITALIAN is seeking experienced Full and Part Time Pastry Cooks to join our team!Position Summary: As a Pastry Cook at Quality Italian, you have a strong foundation in pastry preparation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and plating of all pastry items at their assigned station, while consistently maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Position Requirements:
- Culinary degree or minimum 2 years of professional pastry experience.
- Prepare and plate pastries, breads, cakes, sauces, and dessert items.
- Strong communication and ability to follow Chef instructions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safe food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with deliveries, cleaning, and other kitchen tasks as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
