About the Role:
Full-time leadership position
Manage kitchen operations and prep systems
Lead the line and train BOH team
Maintain high standards of food safety, labeling, and cleanliness
Collaborate with ownership on menu execution and improvements

You Are:
A strong cook with at least 3 years of kitchen leadership experience
Organized, reliable, and passionate about food that nourishes
Clear and kind in your communication
Comfortable managing prep lists, inventory, and ordering
Motivated to work hard and grow with a great team
