Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and maintaining budget oversight for the lounge's culinary operations.
  • Support menu planning and creation, ensuring dishes meet the high standards expected by our elite clientele.
  • Lead the execution of catering events, ensuring top-notch service and presentation.
  • Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with company marketing and culinary teams.
  • Supervise hourly kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to preparation, sanitation, and presentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary certificate and experience.
  • Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience in high-volume, fine-dining environments.
  • Catering experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of food trends with a focus on quality, production, food safety, and cost controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • ServSafe certified highly desirable.
